Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation’s Willow Island site is seeking an experienced IT Site Support Analyst to maintain end-user devices, plant-floor technology, and network connectivity in a manufacturing setting. The role partners with Corporate IT, OT, engineering, and quality teams to ensure system availability, security, and reliable operations across ERP/MES/LIMS and related applications.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Two to five years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, laboratory, or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting Windows-based computers, Microsoft 365, user access, endpoint technologies, and standard enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience using IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or a comparable solution.
• Ability to document technical work clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, conference rooms, and approved peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, authentication, and standard business applications.
• Onboard, transfer, and terminate employees including device prep and account coordination.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computers and related equipment per enterprise standards.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
• Support manufacturing workstations and plant-floor technology.
• Coordinate incident response for ERP, MES, LIMS, SCADA and related applications.
• Escalate to IT/OT/vendor resources and maintain clear communication during incidents.
• Follow change-control, safety, validation, and production scheduling requirements.
• Maintain site diagrams, equipment records, and recovery documentation.
