Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing escalations impacting business.
Experience supporting engineering environments and collaborating with management and technical teams.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT projects involving local and global teams.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in automotive, electronics, manufacturing, or global matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

IT Operations and Executive Support: ensure reliable site IT services for leadership and events.
Senior Management Partnership: interact with site leadership and review priorities, risks, and performance.
Engineering Collaboration: work with engineering teams on product-development and lab needs.
Team Leadership: mentor Michigan IT team and drive accountability.
Hands-On Service Delivery: handle assigned tickets and operational tasks; own resolutions.
Project Leadership: lead local/global IT projects from initiation to handoff.
Strategy, Security, and Compliance: align IT roadmap with global standards and security controls.
Operational Service Delivery: ensure day-to-day IT operations and after-hours support as needed.
Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Risk: enforce security policies and audit controls.
Global and Vendor Coordination: coordinate with global IT and vendors to improve delivery.
Continuous Improvement: maintain docs and drive improvements in reliability and UX.
