Job summary

Metrolina Greenhouses in Springfield, TN is seeking a Site Systems Engineer to serve as the primary IT resource for the location, balancing infrastructure administration with hands-on user support.

You will work with VMware vSphere, Dell PowerEdge servers, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, backup, and recovery while collaborating with the broader IT Infrastructure team on projects. Frequent travel to Huntersville, NC may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience with VMware environments and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere environments.
• Manage ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, clustering, and performance.
• Administer Dell PowerEdge servers and firmware updates.
• Support Windows Server and Azure VMs, patching, maintenance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Help desk and end-user support for Springfield onsite staff.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure team on projects and improvements.
• Travel to HQ in Huntersville, NC as needed.
