Job summary

Luna Innovations Incorporated is seeking a Site IT System Administrator in Chino, CA to own IT operations for the site. You will manage local infrastructure, support manufacturing systems, and coordinate with the global IT team on company-wide standards and projects.

Responsibilities include administering AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, and M365/Azure, maintaining asset inventory, and providing end-user support for Chino employees. On-site presence required 3 days per week with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in IT support or site IT role, preferably in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Experience supporting Windows client OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Working knowledge of AD and basic DNS/DHCP/file and print services.
• Familiarity with virtualization and server administration.
• Ability to document actions and communicate clearly in English.
• On-site in Chino, CA at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health and performance of local IT infrastructure (network gear, local servers).
• Be primary on-site accountability for site IT operations and outages.
• Coordinate escalation to global IT when needed and manage end-to-end.
• Support manufacturing/warehouse technology and shop-floor devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Administer AD/Entra ID, Windows Server and Microsoft 365/Azure services.
