Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility in Cherokee, Alabama. We are seeking an IT Site Lead to own day-to-day IT operations at F4 and serve as the face of IT for the site, managing endpoints, supporting facility staff, and maintaining local infrastructure.

You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate with central teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and systems to scale the site, while onboarding, offboarding, and staffing, and enforcing security

Qualifications

• Ability to operate without a local IT manager and take ownership of site IT.
• Strong sense of accountability and proactive issue resolution.
• Solid networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN and firewall admin.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Mosyle, FleetDM).
• Familiarity with identity tools (Okta) and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Manage device lifecycle and asset inventory for the site.
• Run the Jira Service Management ticket queue to resolution.
• Maintain local network/infrastructure; coordinate with central teams.
• Lead a growing local IT team and serve as on-site IT contact.
