Job summary

Nooks is seeking a senior IT/Cyber Manager to own the technology and security for a Nooks site. You will balance governance with hands-on execution, reporting to the Senior IT/Cyber Ops Manager and managing site IT and Cyber personnel.

You will lead local security programs, coordinate with corporate IT, and ensure accreditation postures stay inspection-ready while growing the team to scale across sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity operations.
• 3+ years in people management or team leadership.
• Experience in regulated or classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's IT infrastructure lifecycle, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead the local cyber program and incident response per RMF/NIST/JSIG/DAAPM.
• Directly manage IT and Cyber personnel and budget at the site.
• Coordinate with corporate IT, network cyber, and facility operations.
• Brief executive leadership on site risk, readiness, and remediation.
