Job summary
Elanco is seeking a Site Sr IT Analyst for the Elwood, KS manufacturing site. You will be the on-site IT partner supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure while coordinating with OT stakeholders to implement tech solutions for safe, efficient operations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, 5+ years IT experience (including 2+ years in project management), and strong skills in networking, VMware, Windows Servers, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT experience
- Minimum of 2 years of IT project management experience
- Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across infrastructure, applications, and IT/OT environments
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability, availability, and security of site IT systems for manufacturing and lab operations
- Serve as primary on-site IT contact for site leadership and liaison to regional/global IT teams
- Lead multiple technology projects with scope, risk, and status management
- Provide local support for enterprise applications and maintain site-specific systems including validation and change control
