Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Senior Manufacturing/Labs Systems Analyst (IT/OT) based in Fort Dodge, IA. You will bridge IT and OT, owning the lifecycle of local systems, performing CSV, and guiding projects to deliver reliable manufacturing and R&D IT/OT solutions.

Responsibilities include partnering with business units, managing multiple initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across Elanco's tech landscape while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years IT experience and 3+ years OT infrastructure support.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience across manufacturing/OT environments and strong safety compliance awareness.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and R&D to elicit and translate business needs into requirements for IT/OT systems.
• Own the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, including development, CSV validation, break-fix, and release management.
• Lead IT/OT projects with plans, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder updates for successful delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance for IT/OT integration and troubleshoot infrastructure and databases.
• Network with IT and OT resources to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
