Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior IT professional to define and drive the technology strategy for its supply chain, covering demand, supply, procurement, distribution, logistics, and inventory management. You will lead architects and senior stakeholders to develop a long-term technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will mentor teams, govern architectural standards, and steer end-to-end transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field with extensive industry experience.
• Experience in Life Science/Consumer Goods or Retail Supply Chain environments.
• 5+ years leading solution architecture teams and roadmaps.
• Experience with large-scale Transformations and end-to-end capabilities roadmaps.
• Strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a technology vision for the Supply Chain value stream.
• Lead business capability models and maturity assessments with architects.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to financial cycles.
• Define standards for platforms and integration technologies.
• Guide architecture through design and system architecture for complex needs.
• Drive resilient, scalable, secure technology roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security in architectural work.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and solution lifecycle processes.
• Mentor solution architects and promote knowledge sharing.
