Job summary

OPmobility SE in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a Site Manufacturing Injection Technician to run injection equipment, follow HSE rules, and support the production plan on shift. The ideal candidate has technician certification with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic specialties and 3–5 years of injection experience, plus strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Technician certification with specialties in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic fields.
Robotics and application processes experience preferred.
3–5 years of injection experience preferred.
Familiar with structured problem-solving processes (POMS A3).
Must be a team player with good communication and adherence to HSE rules.

Responsibilities

Works according to HSE requirements (LOTO, mould changes) and promotes safety mindset day to day.
Deploys injection standards and golden rules on the production shift.
Sets the IMM, starts/stops machines and adjusts tools per production plan and safety rules.
Supports the injection team in monitoring and documenting machine startup parameters and QA write-ups.
Eliminates small technical problems and supports production monitoring and documentation.
Collects production data and enters it into systems (SAP, WILLE, MATTEC) when required.
