Job summary

Qualifications

• Technician certification with specialties in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic fields.
• Robotics and application processes experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of injection experience preferred.
• Familiar with structured problem-solving processes (POMS A3).
• Must be a team player with good communication and adherence to HSE rules.

Responsibilities

• Works according to HSE requirements (LOTO, mould changes) and promotes safety mindset day to day.
• Deploys injection standards and golden rules on the production shift.
• Sets the IMM, starts/stops machines and adjusts tools per production plan and safety rules.
• Supports the injection team in monitoring and documenting machine startup parameters and QA write-ups.
• Eliminates small technical problems and supports production monitoring and documentation.
• Collects production data and enters it into systems (SAP, WILLE, MATTEC) when required.

Responsibilities :

• Worksaccording to HSE requirements (LOTO, mould changes…) and promotessafetymindsetonday to daybasis.
• Deploysinjection standards and golden rules on during the production shift.
• Setsthe IMM (liaising with plant Injection process engineer), starts and stops the machines and ancillaries, and changes the tool according to production plan and safety rules.
• Supportsthe injection team in monitoring and documenting machine start up (parameters, QA write-ups, initial part approval).
• Eliminatessmall technical problems.
• Supportsthe injection team in production monitoring and documentation.
• Collectsproduction data and enters them intoappropriate system(such as SAP, WILLE, MATTEC), whenrequired.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Technician certification with a speciality in several of the following fields (mechanical, electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).
• Robotics and application processes.
• Experience 3-5 years in injection.
