Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Crestview, FL is seeking a Site Infrastructure Reliability Engineer for a 100% on-site role. You will own the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of building systems and utilities powering a world-class plant, collaborating daily with operations, maintenance, and engineering.

You will expand into environmental responsibilities, mentor others, and drive efficiency, uptime, and sustainability through hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 5–8 years in facilities engineering within manufacturing or similar environments.
• NX CAD experience or the ability to ramp quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site facilities and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of facilities projects using NX CAD—from concept through completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep the site safe, efficient, and production-ready.
