Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Systems Technologist to lead the regional W-TRS MSS environment. You will partner with program leadership, regional site leads, vendors, and end users to ensure mission readiness and compliant IT operations.

You will own site infrastructure, LMS oversight, identity management, and security controls, while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-site activities. This is a US-based role requiring a Secret clearance and on-site work at Fort Irwin, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience minimum of 2 years in enterprise information systems or mission-support environments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams or coordinating across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, lifecycle asset management, and SLA management.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements, resource estimates, risks, and cost for bids or opportunities.
• Experience administering or overseeing an LMS and compliance-related training records.
• Knowledge of identity/access management, MFA, hardware or token provisioning, and access-control practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM.
• Ability to design automated, repeatable workflows and brief senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site infrastructure operations and ensure 24/7 mission readiness.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and onboarding for MSS users and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Provide executive-level updates on regional performance, risks, and IT decisions.
• Manage LMS ownership, training compliance, and documentation.
• Oversee security, identity management, MFA, and device provisioning processes.
• Develop proactive infrastructure-hardening and continuity programs.
