Knorr Brake Holding Corporation seeks an experienced Information Security leader to operate and enforce ISMS controls at the site level in North America. You will act as the primary authority on cybersecurity matters, ensuring compliance, risk management, and secure-by-design culture across business processes.

You will lead security governance, coordinate with global teams, and support audits while overseeing access controls and incident response. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of information security experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with ISMS frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Proven involvement in risk assessments, audits, and incident management processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Automotive or manufacturing OT exposure is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for information security and cybersecurity for Americas locations.
• Implement and monitor adherence to security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Integrate secure-by-design practices into local projects and changes.
• Maintain ISMS/CSMS scope, SOA, and site asset inventory.
• Lead security risk assessments, maintain risk register, and track mitigations.
• Support internal/external audits and security incident management.
• Coordinate incident handling with global security teams and authorities as needed.
• Oversee access controls and JML processes; ensure asset inventory accuracy.
