Job summary

Kia North America is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead GRC, cyber resilience, and security program management across the region. You will oversee ISO27001 certification readiness, audits, and risk management while partnering with business leaders to improve security posture.

Reporting to the Head of Information Security, this role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across Kia America, Canada, Georgia, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs across the North America region.
• Maintain ISO27001 compliance, policies, standards and ISMS.
• Coordinate ISMC activities and audit remediations.
• Develop cyber resilience, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Drive security maturity and executive risk reporting to leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit and business units to manage risk.
