Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a site-based HSE Compliance Specialist to lead development, training, and maintenance of policies and procedures across the manufacturing site. You will drive OSHA compliance, incident management, and environmental permit tasks, collaborating with all levels of the organization.

Willingness to travel for audits is required; this is an on-site, non-remote role. Strong analytical, communication, and training skills are essential, as is proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct OSHA compliance and safety program experience.
• Knowledge of worker’s compensation regulations.
• Experience with Environmental permit compliance and Hazardous Waste management.
• Development and implementation of Training Material and processes.
• ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 knowledge a plus.
• Site-based role; travel for audits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, train, and maintain site policies, programs and procedures.
• Reduce team member injury and minimize company exposure.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations (OSHA; EPA; DOT; etc.).
