Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as the primary HR partner for the North Charlestown, NH site. You will support employee lifecycle activities, partner with site leadership to drive talent acquisition, engagement, and workforce development initiatives, and align regional HR programs with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR/manufacturing settings, and strong relationship building with leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR, workforce development, lean, or project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide site HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with site leadership to drive talent acquisition and engagement.
• Coach supervisors on performance management and development.
• Lead annual employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and regional TA support as needed.
• Support regional HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
