Job summary

Firecrest Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator to lead site HR activities for our Stevens Point facility, supporting hourly manufacturing and salaried staff. You will implement corporate HR policies, drive recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and help scale a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires a U.S. Person, a Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field, and 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or aerospace settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or operational environments.
• Experience supporting hourly manufacturing workforces and salaried leadership populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, corrective action processes, labor law compliance, and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all site employees.
• Implement and enforce Corporate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to support engagement and communication.
• Partner with site leadership to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions; coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Manage onboarding activities including orientation, documentation, ITAR eligibility verification, and training coordination.
• Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, investigations, disciplinary actions, and offboarding where needed.
• Support audits related to HR records and compliance; maintain confidential employee records.
