Banknote American in Brown Summit, NC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Brown Summit facility. The role partners with site leadership to ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, HR compliance, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) required.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll/benefits administration.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO requirements, and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with site leadership to implement HR programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate benefits programs, payroll support, and leave administration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
