The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the human resources functions at the facility and supports leaders in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new staff; support training, performance management, and corrective action processes for employees; partner with facility leadership on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the facilities' management and its employees. This position develops effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment.
Shift: This position primarily works a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, the incumbent is expected to support all shifts at the South Holland and Homewood site as business needs require, including occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
5% Travel
This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
