Job summary

DuPont is seeking an HR Site Leader to provide HR leadership for the Edina manufacturing site. You will partner with site leaders, Americas HR, and Centers of Expertise to own the employee life cycle, drive development, engagement, and performance—while championing Lean and digital tools to enhance outcomes.

The role focuses on transforming HR programs, improving processes, and delivering value for employees and leaders at the Edina site in MN.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field; manufacturing experience required.
• Proven ability to lead change and transform a manufacturing environment with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level HR initiatives enabling business transformation and HR strategy delivery.
• Own the employee life cycle from hiring and onboarding through development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Coach leaders to build feedback-rich, high-performing teams and strengthen leadership pipeline.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement within HR processes and workforce experience.
• Provide guidance on employment practices, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness.
