Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global RO and UF manufacturing performance across sites, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive lean manufacturing and daily management systems across the network.
• Align manufacturing strategy to business priorities and growth initiatives.
• Develop capital plans and allocate resources to support strategy execution.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations and improve service.
