Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Site HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at our nuclear construction site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a safe, inclusive work environment, and support labor relations, workforce planning, and HR operations at a high-risk, regulated site.

As a founding HR leader on site, you will set standards for treating, supporting, and engaging a growing workforce, including direct employees, craft labor, and contractor partners, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a construction or industrial setting.
• Experience building or standing up HR processes, policies, and systems in a new or rapidly scaling organization, ideally at a greenfield site or project.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems, with the ability to configure or coordinate site-specific workflows (e.g., shift differentials, per diem)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and employees.
• Design and implement site HR systems and workflows that scale as the site workforce grows.
• Establish SOPs and templates for investigations, accommodations, return-to-work, and contractor HR coordination.
• Build and develop the site HR team as headcount ramps.
• Develop and implement site-specific HR strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with project leadership and corporate Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and ramp-up.
