GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Site EHS Manager to lead the field execution of the EHS program for a first‑of‑a‑kind nuclear new build construction project.

This role serves as the senior EHS leader on site, driving safe execution across site preparation, major civil works, structural erection, installation, commissioning, and turnover to operations. You will provide daily leadership to a multidisciplinary EHS organization and partner with project management, EPC contractors, subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety, environmental or engineering discipline required.
• 15+ years EHS experience in heavy industrial or large construction settings.
• 10+ years managing EHS programs on large construction projects.
• 5+ years leading EHS teams in senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926/1910 regulations and multi-contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EHS activities for a large multi-employer project with EPCs and subs.
• Establish a visible field presence and coach EHS professionals on site.
• Champion safety culture and empower workers to stop work when needed.
• Advise site leadership on operational risk and project execution.
• Drive governance, inspections, audits and performance reviews of contractors.
