Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the Integrated AV division in Fairfield, NJ. You will serve as the internal consultant to site leadership, partnering to build high-performing teams and plan for future growth through comprehensive HR programs that support manufacturing, distribution, and operations.

The role leads HR projects, develops the HR Generalist, ensures compliance, and drives employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, compensation, benefits,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/operational settings.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience supporting a large hourly workforce and partnering with frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR programs for the site and partner with leaders on workforce planning.
Develop and coach the site HR Generalist and provide hands-on leadership.
Support talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Drive process improvements and cross-functional HR initiatives.
Uphold safety, confidentiality, and Legrand values across the operation.
