Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a field supervisor to oversee safety, scheduling, and manpower on site across Murfreesboro and Tullahoma projects. You will coach crews, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with SSC policies while controlling costs.

This hourly, on-site role requires 2–4 years of grading supervision, strong leadership, and ability to read drawings; willingness to work outdoors in all weather and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years supervisory experience in grading operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to read grade stakes and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety procedures and policies on site.
• Supervise field employees and coordinate scheduling.
• Direct underground utility installation and site grading activities.
• Inspect work for sequencing and safety hazards.
