Job summary

Temp-Stop's Excavating Division seeks a full-time site grading foreman to lead a crew of 2–4 operators. Must be dependable with experience on dozers, skidsteers, and track loaders; able to cut and verify grades and read civil drawings. GPS knowledge, especially Trimble GPS, is a plus.

OSHA 10/30 preferred. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, coordinating with crew, and maintaining safety on utility/civil projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ verifiable years in a leadership role on commercial site grading, demolition or civil work.
• Can lead a crew of 2–4 people and manage materials and equipment.
• Strong layout knowledge and ability to read civil drawings.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate heavy equipment as part of field tasks.
• Supervise a crew and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Complete required paperwork and records for the project.
• Communicate with team to align machine actions and signals.
• Maintain equipment and monitor performance in outdoor conditions.
