Qualifications

• 3–5 years in civil construction or dirt work.
• Previous Foreman/Lead supervision experience preferred.
• Experience managing 10+ crew members preferred.
• Proficiency with Trimble GPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dirt crew of 10+ employees.
• Plan and coordinate daily crew activities and assignments.
• Monitor progress and communicate needs to management.
• Operate and demonstrate proficiency with heavy equipment.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grades, elevations.
