Job summary

CK Contractors and Development LLC is seeking a Grading Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy grading equipment across multiple sites in Palm Beach and Brevard counties. The role requires 2+ years of site grading experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate with crew members.

Travel to various job sites is expected, with occasional overtime. A reliable transportation method is required to arrive on schedule and comply with OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (bulldozers, skid steers, excavators, rollers, backhoes, off-road trucks, motor graders).
• Perform fine or rough grading as needed and read/site plans for grade checks.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and other activities; avoid hazards and obstructions.
• Ensure fuel supplies are adequate; monitor operations for safety standards.
