CK Contractors and Development LLC is seeking a Grading Operator to operate and maintain heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, rollers, and backhoes on site grading projects in the Savannah and Midway, GA area.

This non-exempt role requires safety awareness, ability to read plans, coordinate with the crew, and perform pre/post equipment checks. Overtime and travel within project radius may be required.

Formación

• Two or more years of site grading experience.
• Ability to operate grading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (bulldozers, skid steers, excavators, rollers, backhoes).
• Perform fine or rough grading according to site plans.
• Read and interpret plans on site and check grade.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and project needs.
• Conduct pre- and post-use checks and routine maintenance.
• Maintain records of equipment usage and issues encountered.
