Harper GC is seeking a Foreman to supervise exterior pipe installation and concrete forming, with hands-on leadership to ensure safety and quality. The role involves planning work, tracking labor hours, and coordinating with trade partners to maintain schedules.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of supervision experience, understanding of plans, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Experience as Assistant Superintendent or Foreman.
• Experience building from the ground up on multiple projects as a Foreman.
• Ability to understand material delivery dates and keep projects on schedule.
• Ability to resolve design conflicts with Trade Partners and Engineers.
• Experience leading Trade Partner coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assign work tasks to crew members.
• Lead crew in exterior pipe installation and concrete forming/pouring/finishing tasks.
• Instruct employees in safety and quality standards.
• Monitor crew quality and adherence to schedules and practices.
• Read plans and perform general layout.
• Coordinate with City, agencies, and utility representatives.
