Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant construction experience, with at least 2 years in a Foreman role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day tasks, assign work, monitor productivity.
• Hands-on labor alongside the crew.
• Lead daily safety briefings and enforce policies.
• Provide daily progress updates to Project Management.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment on site.
