Qualifications

• Experience as foreman or lead supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification provided by the company.
• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct startup meetings with Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to review labor needs and scope.
• Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks to set goals and assign tasks.
• Manage crew scheduling and track labor hours; coordinate material and equipment orders.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship, and clean, organized job sites.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for general contractor foreman or project manager.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and document all work orders and changes.
