Job summary

Keystone Construction & Earthwork seeks a Site Foreman to lead heavy civil, earthwork, and site development operations from ground prep to completion. You will own crew performance, equipment allocation, and site execution on key commercial projects.

You will supervise field crews, read civil plans, coordinate with managers and subcontractors, ensure safety, and document daily progress. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel support Florida winter projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on construction experience with team leadership
• Experience in heavy civil construction, excavation, site grading, or utility installation
• Ability to interpret civil blueprints, site plans, and elevation details
• Valid driver’s license with travel up to 10% for regional needs
• Willingness to perform hands-on field labor with crew as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field crew activities to ensure safety and productivity
• Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and allocate equipment to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret civil drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications
• Monitor production rates and track labor, materials, and equipment on-site
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain thorough daily field reports, safety records, and project documentation
• Enforce OSHA standards and proper PPE use
