Qualifications

• 3–5 years in heavy highway construction with knowledge of grade, slope, plans, and drainage.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of crews and enforce Prince safety policies.
• Oversee and coordinate field activities and crew performance.
• Assess competency and capability of employees on the project.
• Identify and resolve crew issues and conflicts.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans and production goals.
• Translate work requirements into prioritized crew plans.
• Review and adjust workforce activities to meet schedules.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate to the appropriate contacts.
• Prepare reports as required by PRINCE.
• Approve material requisitions.
