Starting pay is according to experience.

Skill set should include:

• Demolition or construction foreman experience is a must.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand job progression and efficiency.
• A foreman provides professional leadership skills and treats employees and clients with dignity and respect.
• Creates a safe, organized work environment that is productive, finishing jobs in a timely manner.
• Foreman must lead by example by being on time, following all safety and company policies.

Must:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel out of town, occasionally.
