Zusammenfassung

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Finance Manager in the United States to lead a small team and oversee financial and commercial performance across remote sites under unique contracts. You will validate month-end close, forecast accuracy, and budgets while delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Successful candidates will bring 7+ years in finance/accounting, strong P&L and balance sheet knowledge, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or accounting or equivalent four years work experience is required.
• Master’s degree and/or CP is preferred.
• 7+ years of work experience within the finance or accounting industry is required.
• Logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Public accounting experience is preferred.
• Ability to deal with complex commercial issues is required.
• Advanced analytical skills; draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations is required.
• Advanced accounting knowledge; P&L and balance sheet is required.
• Understand, analyze and communicate key business drivers to others is required.
• Advanced presentation skills are required.
• Leadership and team management are required.
• Risk management and mitigation are required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 1-5 FTEs to provide financial and commercial oversight for remote sites.
• Validate month-end close, forecast and budget submissions, and provide feedback to sites.
• Communicate variances to senior leadership and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Develop site targets aligned with the business unit budget.
• Present monthly management reporting and trading documents to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial proposals and contract renewals.
• Drive performance improvements and cost-reduction initiatives across portfolios.
