Job summary

INEOS Acetyls in Texas City seeks a Site Controller to lead on-site finance, governance, and performance management. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Central Finance to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and informed decision-making across the site.

The role requires extensive manufacturing finance experience, strong SAP/ Oracle knowledge, and proven budgeting/forecasting leadership.

Qualifications

CPA preferred, or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance with 5+ years of experience.
Extensive experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial controls.
Strong SAP systems experience.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance.
Strong digital skills.
Strong numerical and analytic skills and understanding of business drivers.

Responsibilities

Own and ensure the integrity of site financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and policy frameworks.
Lead balance sheet governance and intercompany reconciliation.
Provide assurance over inventory valuation, cost accounting, and system integrity (SAP/Oracle).
Be accountable for audit readiness and audit processes.
Partner with Site Manager to drive strategic financial decisions.
Own site cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation across the site.
