Compass Minerals, Inc. in Ogden, Utah seeks a Site Controller to lead site finance and accounting, partnering with operations to drive profitability and operational excellence. The role reports to Corporate Finance and FP&A, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing finance leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of building cross-functional partnerships and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience as a Site Controller or similar manufacturing finance leadership role.
• Strong FP&A, manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Ability to partner with operations leadership and influence business decisions.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring accounting and finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead site finance and accounting activities for the Ogden production site.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Partner with operations leadership to drive profitability and productivity.
• Lead capital investments analysis and post-investment reviews.
• Mentor and develop site finance and accounting teams.
