Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain flooring materials in residential or commercial settings.
• Assist Field Team by completing service tickets as scheduled.
• Report issues or delays to Warranty Team.
• Monitor job quality and address concerns with Warranty Management.
• Ensure materials are available for tasks (screws, caulk, tools).
• Familiarize with listed tools and installation concepts (thin set, grout, carpet).
