Job summary

ADG delivers end to end design, procurement and installation services for flooring, cabinets, countertops and a growing portfolio of interior products.

The Field role partners with customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality, maintaining an installer-centric culture essential to our success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in operations, customer service and sub-contractor management.
• Knowledge of flooring installation systems for single-family home construction.
• Highly collaborative and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, injury-free culture.
• Provide updated status checks on home construction stages.
• Manage relationships with key customer contacts.
• Coordinate corrective actions for emergent issues.
• Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact on on-site installation issues.
• Collaborate with GM, Operations Director, and managers to share best practices.
