The successful candidate will provide top-tier hospitality, coordinate meetings and events, manage vendor relations, and support mail, facilities, and security tasks to keep the site running smoothly. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive ownership mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality, event coordination, and administrative support
• Foster a welcoming, professional environment for employees, guests, and vendors
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue sourcing, setup, and teardown
• Oversee catering, AV, and vendor management for events
• Manage mail operations, shipments, and office supplies
• Support administrative programs, operational projects, and process improvements
• Provide backup support for facilities, security, and onsite duties as needed

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Site Experience Team Lead to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience).
