Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned ES&H lead to provide technical oversight of compliance activities on field projects in the United States.

You will inspect field execution to ensure PPE use, equipment checks, and ES&H initiatives are followed, collaborating with engineering, construction, subcontracts, procurement, and controls teams. You will guide development and maintenance of ES&H programs, perform risk assessments, lead audits, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 required.
• Understanding of the company ESH Core Processes.
• Can perform root cause analysis as needed for incident investigations.
• Conducts Project Contractor Orientation.
• Leads and implements Project ESH Audits, monitoring completion of specified corrective actions.
• Coaches Contractor Project and Safety Team on the company processes and expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical oversight of ES&H compliance activities through inspection of field execution.
• Assist management in implementing and complying with project safety requirements.
• Address ES&H issues during project execution.
• Work with engineering, construction, subcontracts, procurement, and controls to enforce ES&H requirements.
• Conduct daily site surveillance to verify PPE use and equipment inspections.
• Prepare communications and reports for ES&H program execution and records retention.
• Assist with incident notifications, investigations, and reports.
• Identify improvements to reduce hazard potential and participate in training and emergency preparedness during projects.
