Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead onsite safety efforts at a customer site and administer ES&H programs as contracted. The role emphasizes promoting a strong safety culture, auditing programs, and coordinating with project teams and corporate offices.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial safety, OSHA 30 within 3 years, and an ES&H degree (associate) with a bachelor’s preferred. Travel and passing a 7-year background check are expected.

Formación

• 3-5 years in industrial safety around facility critical infrastructure construction.
• 2-year ES&H degree required.
• Able to pass a 7-year background check.
• Experience working with a large subcontractor force.
• Semiconductor or data center environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Prime Controls' Safety Culture and Standards.
• Observe safe work practices and present opportunities for improvement.
• Generate, observe, inspect, and close job permits, audits, toolboxes, and safety observations.
• Perform health and safety program auditing and assist in incident investigations.
• Attend safety meetings and convey information to the project team and corporate.
