Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead (previously called Clinical Trial Educator) – Locations: West, Central, Northeast, Southeast.

As a global provider of integrated solutions, IQVIA helps biopharma bring medicines to patients worldwide. Your role will involve partnering with clinical teams to ensure optimal trial execution and increase patient enrollment.

Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead

The Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead (SEEL) (formerly the Clinical Trial Educator (CTE)) will provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers. It will conduct in‑service presentations to increase patient enrollment, develop tailored recruitment plans, build referral networks, and collaborate with CRAs and other field‑based medical teams. This full‑time, field‑based position requires up to 75% nationwide travel.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• Clinical Research experience required
• RN license preferred
• CCRC preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement experience and/or healthcare education preferred
• Community engagement experience required
• Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with a wide range of people
• Business experience a plus
• Customer service skills

• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in local language
• Demonstrated ability to complete patient recruitment activities including referral outreach, chart reviews, and data abstraction

The potential base pay range for this role is $64,400.00 – $195,100.00 annualized. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and additional benefits may be offered.
