Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead to partner with clinical teams and enhance patient enrollment in clinical trials. This full-time, field-based position involves up to 75% travel across various locations and requires a strong background in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement experience preferred.
• Clinical Research experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to complete patient recruitment activities.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

• Provide education on clinical trial criteria to trial coordinators.
• Conduct presentations to increase patient enrollment.
• Develop tailored recruitment plans and build referral networks.
• Collaborate with medical teams and ensure trial execution.
