Job summary

IQVIA is looking for a Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead in North Carolina. This full-time role involves partnering with clinical teams to enhance patient enrollment, developing tailored recruitment strategies, and delivering educational presentations on clinical trial criteria.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, clinical research experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This position requires up to 75% nationwide travel, offering a competitive salary range of $64,400.00 to $195,100.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Clinical Research experience required.
• RN license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement experience preferred.
• Excellent technology and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education on clinical trial criteria to trial coordinators.
• Develop tailored recruitment plans and build referral networks.
• Conduct in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment.
