Job summary

JP Cullen is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to support our construction projects on site. The role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction or engineering, with strong communication and the ability to learn new software. Travel to various Wisconsin or regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship with construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to learn new software.
• Accountability and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction methods and design considerations on site.
• Produce sketches and drawings to show field conditions and plan details.
• Verify installation quality and compliance with drawings.
• Process and close RFIs with field teams and architects.
• Participate in planning meetings and coordinate with crews.
• Organize pre-install meetings with subcontractors and track attendance.
• Maintain delivery schedules and inspect shipments for on-site work.
• Support project closeout and punchlist verification.
