JP Cullen is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our construction team in the field. The role supports project managers, superintendents, and crews to coordinate daily activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a construction or engineering background, strong communication skills, and a drive for hands-on field experience, with potential path to PM, Superintendent, or Estimator. Travel to projects may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field or equivalent with 4 years of construction experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; proficient in various computer programs; willingness to learn new software.
• Ambition for challenges and fast career growth with responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction methods including crane reaches, formwork design, erosion control, and grading.
• Produce sketches and drawings to show field conditions and plan details.
• Verify installation quality against specs and drawings.
• Respond to RFIs and distribute answers to ensure correct implementation.
• Support planning meetings and coordinate with field teams.
• Prepare delivery schedules and inspect shipments.
• Close out projects by expediting punch lists.
