Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to monitor and oversee clinical trial sites. You will ensure studies comply with protocol, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits while maintaining strong relationships with investigators and site staff. Travel will be required to support trial delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as study requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monitoring and oversight of clinical trial sites.
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Ensure investigator site compliance with study protocols, ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Review clinical data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Identify site-level risks and support corrective and preventive actions.

What You Will Do:

• Identify site level risks and support corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain high quality monitoring documentation and reports
• Build effective working relationships with investigators and site staff
• Collaborate with cross functional study teams to support trial delivery

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong clinical research experience and a proactive approach to quality and compliance.

Required qualifications and experience:

• A degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related discipline
• Proven experience working as a Clinical Research Associate
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities independently
• Willingness to travel in line with study requirements
